Your role

As a Specialist Pension and Financial Planning, you actively support the general agency in sales within the area of life insurance and investment solutions.

You are responsible for:

• Sales of financial and pension planning as well as complex solutions in the area of life insurance and investment solutions.
• Conducting professional technical presentations in the field of financial and pension planning.
• Active acquisition of new customers.
• Contact person for potential customers in the area of private and occupational pension schemes as well as in the investment area.
• Training and supporting client advisors in the area of pension schemes.
• Know-how transfer to internal partners / at the agency.
• Participation in project work and specialist committees.

Your qualification and experience

As a Specialist Pension and Financial Planning, you ideally possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Certification as a certified financial advisor IAF or comparable completed further education (university, FH, HFBF, HFW, or financial planner).
• At least 3 years of successful sales activity as a pension advisor.
• Sound knowledge in pension and wealth planning.
• Experienced specialist in the life insurance area with an affinity for conceptual sales.
• Technical expert in the area of private and occupational pension schemes as well as in the investment area.
• Experience as a coach, instructor and/or trainer.
• Flexible and resilient person with high social competence and a winning manner.
• Customer-oriented personality with strong assertiveness, who also in hectic situations always maintains an overview and performs their tasks independently and reliably.
