Employee Product Development & Construction (m/f/d) 80-100 %

For a technically demanding company in the Baselland area, we are looking for an engaged and technically savvy personality for the field of product development and construction, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Development and construction of mechanical assemblies and components using 3D and 2D CAD
• Further development and optimization of existing products as well as participation in new developments
• Creation and maintenance of technical drawings, documentation, and bills of materials
• Implementation of technical feasibility assessments
• Accompanying and supporting the implementation of prototypes
• Technical support for various internal departments such as production, purchasing, and sales
• Participation in development projects and continuous improvement processes
• Maintenance and administration of relevant ERP master data and bills of materials

Profile

• Completed technical training, for example as a designer, polymechanic, precision mechanic, watchmaker, technical draftsman, or a comparable qualification
• Experience with CAD systems or motivation to specifically develop further in this area
• Strong technical understanding and interest in precision mechanics
• Enjoyment in tackling technical challenges independently and in a solution-oriented manner
• Structured, careful, and reliable way of working
• Good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
• Interest in demanding technical products and their further development
