Your tasks

• Co-responsibility for the leadership and organization of a neurological ward
• Steering of personnel and operational processes together with the department management
• Ensuring a stable and efficient ward operation
• Promoting and supporting the professional and personal development of the employees
• Structured induction of new team members
• Ensuring high-quality and patient-centered care
• Active further development of processes and structures
• Promoting constructive interprofessional and interdisciplinary cooperation

Your profile

• Diploma as a nursing professional
• At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the medical field
• Completed leadership training or willingness to complete it
• High social and self-competence
• Strong organizational skills
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High level of personal responsibility and commitment
• Willingness to actively help shape changes
• Enjoyment in the promotion and development of employees
• Ability to develop sustainable solutions for a demanding nursing everyday life
