Your new job - if you are ready to make a difference: You are the first contact person for our customers (pharmacies and drugstores) – on the phone, you shine with friendliness, patience, and know-how when questions about ProPharmaX arise or the printer doesn't want to behave as it should. You find solutions with passion: In our online database, you research purposefully – and with more complex inquiries, you seek support from your team colleagues to find the best answer together. You always keep an overview: In addition to customer support, you take care of administrative tasks, document instructions, and answer support emails – a real multitasking talent! And when you are ready, you pass on your knowledge: You conduct training for our customers – both in Wettingen and directly on-site – and convey your knowledge with enthusiasm and joy. What you bring with you – and we are thrilled! You have completed training as a Pharmacy Assistant or Drogist and know the processes in pharmacies in detail. You have sound ProPharmaX knowledge as well as in-depth experience in prescription sales including the legal requirements – both are mandatory – and you enjoy going on a search for clues when questions or technical challenges regarding ProPharmaX arise. You communicate clearly, precisely, and in a service-oriented manner in German; French skills are an advantage. You bring experience – and above all, the will to continuously develop yourself.
