Your tasks

• You lead the team during the shift and contribute to ensuring our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support daily
• You ensure an optimal operational process and the care process in everyday life
• You carry out the electronic care documentation in Care Coach independently and without gaps
• You lend a hand in the daily care of our residents and support, if necessary, in the training and further education of apprentices as well as interns
• You are the contact person for residents, relatives and other stakeholders such as doctors, pharmacists etc.

What you bring with you

• Training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/HF or similar
• You are motivated and like to apply your strong professional and social competencies in everyday life
• You bring knowledge in RAI/RUG and careCoach
• good oral and written German skills (B2)
