Through our experience and know-how, we are one of the leading multi-service providers on the Swiss market. www.apleona.ch The Apleona Group employs over 20'000 employees internationally in various areas around real estate and properties We are looking for: Sector Manager Maintenance Cleaning (m/w/d) Your tasks: -Implementing smooth maintenance cleaning according to customer contracts -Organizing and optimizing work processes including quality controls -Material management and monitoring of material consumption -Supporting the recruitment of cleaning staff and holiday replacements -Employee management (introduction, deployment and holiday planning, training, recording of working hours and absences, reporting of personnel changes to the respective interfaces, etc.) -Organizing and reporting of regular services -Supporting the Head of Cleaning in administrative and operational processes Ensuring work safety, health protection, and proper handling of machines and equipment -Personal and technical management of 60 employees -Economic management and monitoring of budget compliance -Ensuring high-quality service delivery in the responsible areas -Collaboration with various external suppliers and internal contacts in FM mandates and central departments -On-site inspections at customers Our requirements -Several years of successful professional and leadership experience in cleaning -Confident in German and English -Reliable personality with secure appearance towards internal and external customers -Economic perspective and enjoyment in dealing with employees -Active participation in shaping innovations and further development -High self-motivation and independence -Proven experience in team management is essential -Good German language skills in writing and speaking, additional languages an advantage -Good PC skills (MS Office) and willingness to apply various internal tools -Exact, structured, and independent working method -High quality awareness, strong customer orientation, and impeccable manners -Impeccable reputation Your benefits: -Employment according to GAV -Regular working hours -Training and further education We look forward to your application via the applicant link.
