CNC Grinding Programmer-Adjuster

As part of the strengthening of our client's teams, a recognized player in the precision industry, we are looking for a CNC Grinding Programmer-Adjuster (M/F). Fixed contract, Daytime schedule, You will be in charge of programming, adjusting, and monitoring production on CNC grinding machines, while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Your missions Program CNC grinding machines Recomatic and Crevoisier. Create programs using Alphacam software. Perform adjustments, start-ups, and optimizations of equipment. Ensure production monitoring while guaranteeing compliance with quality, cost, and deadline requirements. Produce parts in small series with a high level of precision. Identify and implement continuous improvement actions to optimize process performance. Collaborate closely with the Technical Office and Methods departments for product development and industrialization. Participate in resolving technical issues and propose optimization solutions. Your profile Precision mechanic, polymechanic, micromechanic training, or equivalent training. Confirmed experience in programming and adjusting CNC grinding machines. Good mastery of Recomatic and/or Crevoisier machines. Mastery of Alphacam software. Experience in manufacturing high-precision parts in small series. Sense of organization and ability to work in collaboration with technical teams. Proposition force in a continuous improvement approach. Does your profile match?
