A Health, Safety, IT & Data Protection Specialist at 80%

Your mission : In this transverse function, you are in charge of piloting and coordinating activities related to occupational health and safety, data protection, and level 1 IT support. You ensure the application and continuous improvement of the institution's health and safety concept, monitor compliance with current regulations, and contribute to the prevention of occupational risks. You also play the role of a reference person in data protection by applying the institutional concept in place. At the same time, you intervene in level 1 IT support for users and participate in IT park management. In general, you contribute to continuously improving processes, supporting teams, and ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment. Your profile : We are looking for a versatile, autonomous, and particularly rigorous person with solid expertise in occupational health and safety (SST), the core of the position. Training and/or significant experience in this field are essential, as well as a strong sensitivity to risk prevention. You will also be required to work on topics related to IT and data protection (GDPR). Basic knowledge is an asset, but we especially expect a real motivation to develop your skills and train in these areas. With an excellent sense of organization and good analytical skills, you know how to manage various issues in an operational and preventive manner. You demonstrate a clear professional stance, allowing you to enforce rules and procedures with credibility. At ease in communication, you distinguish yourself with your interpersonal skills: you know how to raise awareness, popularize technical topics, and collaborate effectively with teams. Good mastery of IT tools and regulations is a plus.
