Setter M/F

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE FUNCTION :
Ensure the setting and availability of machines for production, technical supervision and control as well as support for the distribution of work. Control the quality of the produced parts. Perform maintenance of the equipment and production tooling. Ensure communication regarding non-conformities.

FUNCTIONAL TASKS :

• Setting and startup of machines.
• Quality control and validation during the start of a series

according to self-control instructions

• Perform program modifications on the machine

interfaces

• Resolve problems, have an improvement approach in

connection with the technical/quality staff

• Monitoring and technical supervision of production
• Collaboration in the distribution of tasks on the machine park

and in the coordination of the production flow

• Tooling management
• If necessary, perform production while respecting deadlines and

quality

PROFILE :

• CFC production mechanic or equivalent
• Proven experience in a setter position on assembly or automatic

dosing machines

• Flexibility and team spirit, open to 2x8 shift schedules
• Reading of plans and use of control means
• Mastery of the MS Office IT environment
• Ability to assert oneself and to make decisions
• Reliable and methodical
• Good management of priorities and stress
• Ensure with benevolence the transmission of professional

knowledge to apprentices.
