In this human-sized group, these applications are designed, developed, industrialized, and produced in-house. The proximity between teams allows for responding to clients' specific needs and translates to a strong will to support them in their search for added value. This integrated industrial framework enables the design and production of electric motors and actuators at the two sites based in the border area (Departments 25, 90, and 68). To strengthen our client's teams, we are looking for their future: Client Quality Engineer M/F As the privileged interlocutor for clients for all quality aspects, you will play a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and improving the quality performance of our products, in line with the expectations of the automotive sector. You will intervene simultaneously on several projects, each of which can be in a different phase. Thus, in the project phase, your main missions will be the following: • Contributing to the development and industrialization of products (APQP reviews, quality deliverables, PPAP). • Being the privileged interlocutor for clients during the validation phases. • Participating in product/process modifications and securing the transition to series production. Once the product has entered series production, you will: • Be the privileged quality interlocutor for clients and manage series production topics. • Pilot quality performance (PPM, NCE/NCI, KPI) and animate daily routines (QRQC). • Handle non-conformities and client complaints (8D) and monitor corrective actions. • Reduce non-quality costs and maintain quality standards/tools in production. • Prepare and pilot audits (client, VDA 6.3, IATF, internal). Sought profile With higher education in quality management (or equivalent), you have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in client quality, ideally in the automotive sector, and are comfortable managing crises in a demanding environment. You are the privileged interlocutor for clients (equipment suppliers, OEM, manufacturers). You master the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, as well as the core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, 8D, AMDEC/FMEA, QRQC). You use English daily; German is an asset. Endowed with a solid analytical and synthetic spirit, you work rigorously, anticipate, and know how to act transversally. Diplomatic and pedagogical, you know how to convince, federate, and keep your bearings in tense situations, with an affirmed results-oriented approach. Proactive, you build solutions and action plans in a continuous improvement logic.
