Share What awaits you? ## During your three-year apprenticeship, you will gain insight into various departments and will be deployed in the following work situations: • Receiving and directing bank customers • Advising bank customers • Supporting bank customers via digital channels • Assisting in customer consultation • Administratively preparing and processing banking transactions In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced specialists. You can complete the training with us either as EFZ extended basic training or with Berufsmaturität. What do you bring with you? ## School-related • Completed Sekundarschule with good grades • Very good conduct grades (social competencies) • Very good German skills, oral & written • Prerequisites for learning two foreign languages Personal: • Team player, outgoing and communicative • Reliability and precise working • Flexible and independent • Ability to reflect Interests: • Enjoyment of everyday banking and customer contact • Use of information sources and new technologies The following documents are required: • Motivation letter • CV • All secondary school certificates • Stellwerker results and/or Multicheck • Reference details (class teacher) • Trial apprenticeship evaluations (if available)
