Your contribution

• Manage, administer and further develop PostgreSQL and Oracle databases; design, install, configure and maintain database systems
• Assist development and project teams in database design and optimization of SQL queries; collaborate on architecture and infrastructure projects
• Perform analysis and optimization of database performance and SQL queries
• Ensure data availability, security as well as backup and recovery procedures
• Perform migrations and updates as well as install new releases
• Automate recurring operational tasks using scripts and tools

What distinguishes you

• Basic professional training as an IT specialist CFC; professional advancement at the level of a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (APF) or a Higher Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (SSS) constitutes a preferred qualification
• Several years of practical experience in the field of databases as well as in the management of large service platforms
• In-depth knowledge of automation with Ansible and orchestration as well as performance analysis and optimization
• Mastery in security matters, in particular in system <<hardening>> and compliance with CIS benchmarks
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Active knowledge of two official languages
