Sanitary Service Technician / Customer Service (m/f/d)
Your building technology specialist in the region Luzern reliably takes care of sanitary and heating systems. To strengthen our customer service team in the region Luzern, we are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented sanitary service technician, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Independent execution of service, maintenance, and repair work on sanitary systems in residential and commercial construction
• Rectifying malfunctions, leakages, and blockages directly on-site at our customers' premises
• Competent, friendly, and professional advice for customers
• Execution of smaller sanitary installations, additions, and conversions
• Clean and exact recording of work reports and execution documents
• Participation in on-call service (by arrangement)

What you bring with you

• Completed basic training as Sanitärinstallateur EFZ, Haustechnikpraktiker EBA, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in customer service and service technology is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and exact way of working
• Customer-friendly, well-groomed appearance as well as a high orientation toward service
• Driver's license Cat. B (mandatory)
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
