We are looking for reinforcement: Mandate Manager Fiduciary (60–100%)

Vaga Treuhand AG is growing – and we are looking for an experienced personality who supports our clients competently, independently, and with entrepreneurial thinking.

Do you not want to simply process accounting, but rather manage mandates holistically, take on responsibility, and actively contribute to the further development of a modern fiduciary company? Then we would like to get to know you.

Your tasks

• Independent support and management of your own client portfolio
• Financial and payroll accounting as well as VAT returns
• Preparation and discussion of interim and annual financial statements
• Tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Advising our clients on business, tax, and fiduciary matters
• Direct and personal client contact
• Support and professional guidance of our clerks
• Active co-design of our internal processes and further development of Vaga Treuhand AG

What you bring with you

• Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector
• Sound knowledge in accounting, taxes, payroll, and VAT
• Experience in the independent management of fiduciary mandates
• Ideally a Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Fiduciary / Finance and Accounting or a comparable further education
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of direct client contact and demanding issues
• Entrepreneurial thinking and the ambition to create real solutions for clients
