YOUR TASKS • Application and consulting of outpatient tariffs (mainly Tardoc / outpatient packages) • Control of complete service recording and correct tariff application • Data entry in the patient administration system M-KIS/SAPISH • Control of patient and case data based on admission and entry forms, prescription, cost estimate using d3 (filing system) • Contract-compliant invoicing of medical services • Rejections, objections, cancellations and re-invoicing • Obtaining information from service providers & doctors • Providing information to internal and external offices, doctors and patients <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Commercial training (in the healthcare sector an advantage) • Several years of professional experience in a hospital or with a health insurance company • Good knowledge of outpatient tariffs • Teamwork, social competence and sense of responsibility • Very good communication skills • Solution-oriented way of working with analytical skills and high IT affinity <br /> Are you ready to start in an innovative environment?
