Production Manager for the supply line

At Arcofil, we are looking for a Production Manager for the supply line ## Your mission: • Capable of supporting the development of our Supply Line and actively contributing to its industrial transformation • Reporting to the Supply Line Manager, you hold operational and organizational responsibility in steering your production sector to meet the future requirements of our customers • Through your leadership and industrial vision, you contribute directly to the performance of the line, to the integration of new production means and to the development of teams Your main responsibilities: • Steer production activities in order to guarantee compliance with safety, quality, cost and deadline objectives • Ensure the availability of the resources necessary for the performance of the sector and adapt the organization to the needs of the activity • Develop steering tools and indicators in order to sustainably improve industrial performance • Supervise, support and develop teams by promoting versatility, autonomy and engagement • Participate in the definition, integration and ramp-up of new industrial equipment in order to support the growth of the activity • Contribute to industrialization, continuous improvement and organizational transformation projects • Guarantee the application of safety, health and environment rules Profile sought: • Higher technical education completed by confirmed experience in industrial production management • Experience in performance steering, continuous improvement and change management • Experience in the production of watchmaking components and good understanding of associated industrial processes • Ease with ERP environments, ideally CLIPPER, as well as with usual office tools • Natural leadership, spirit of initiative, sense of organization and ability to unite teams around ambitious objectives We offer you: • A highly visible position, with a concrete impact on industrial performance and the development of the Supply Line • A modern, structured and collaborative working environment, within a demanding industrial company • An operation based on standardized governance and processes compliant with ISO 9001 • Attractive conditions, including a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week and the opportunity to contribute to concrete projects Do you wish to put your expertise at the service of a strategic function with high impact?
