Job Description ### Your Mission • Clinical evaluation: Identify patients' needs and develop personalized care projects. • Technical procedures: Blood sampling, complex dressings, injections, infusions, and pain management. • Therapeutic follow-up: Monitoring of vital signs and therapeutic education of the patient and their surroundings. • Coordination: Close collaboration with treating physicians, families, and other social and health professionals. Profile ### Your Profile • Education: Holder of a Bachelor's degree in nursing or a title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross (obligatory recognition). • Experience: A first successful experience in home care or in an acute hospital setting is a major asset. • Skills: Autonomy, great adaptability, and excellent relational skills. • Mobility: Driver's license (category B) essential for daily travel.
