The national competence center HR SRG manages the strategic personnel business of SRG and coordinates the HR departments of the business units. The competence center sets the framework conditions and ensures equal treatment throughout the entire company.

As a public-law media company, we are in a profound state of change. Our corporate culture is a decisive lever for the implementation of our strategy. You will report directly to the Head of Personnel and Culture Development and are responsible for the overall coordination and management of a portfolio of strategic initiatives and projects within the framework of culture development. This cross-divisional function without leadership responsibility builds on your ability to exert influence across language, regional, and specialist boundaries, to mobilize people, and to coordinate activities.

• Management of a strategic project portfolio: independently plan, coordinate, and lead several projects for cultural transformation; ensure cooperation between specialist departments, regions, and language regions as well as drive the implementation of agreed measures and milestones
• Diagnosis and data-based management: conduct stakeholder and impact analyses, evaluate culture diagnoses and employee surveys in order to derive recommendations and measure progress

This is how you impress us ####

• Master's degree in social sciences, organizational psychology, business administration, or a comparable field; additional training in change management or organizational development is an advantage
• Several years of experience in change management and cultural transformation, ideally both in consulting and in a company, including comprehensive reorganizations
• Proven experience in leading and managing cross-divisional culture initiatives and projects as well as in collaborating with executives
• Confident handling of diagnostic methods (impact analyses, surveys, culture diagnoses) and a data-based approach
• Proven ability to bring people together and drive projects forward without hierarchical authority: diplomacy, political savvy, and perseverance
• Excellent German and French skills in speaking and writing; Italian skills are an advantage
• Sensitivity to the challenges of a multilingual environment and a public-law institution
