IC Front-End Manufacturing Manager (weekend shift)

Job Description Global Mission Ensure the operational performance and continuity of our IC Front-End. Operational management: define daily/weekly priorities and coordinate activities with partners (maintenance/process) in order to achieve manufacturing performance objectives (KPI). Team management: guarantee availability, training, and coverage for the five teams (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and develop, mentor, and support team leaders. Systems: guarantee problem-solving methodologies with a systemic approach. Projects: guarantee the completion of short/long-term projects (technical, personnel management, etc.) agreed upon with the Production Manager. Tasks and Responsibilities • Lead daily/weekly meetings to define, coordinate, and control priorities and associated actions with partners (maintenance/process) to achieve operational performance objectives. • Update and monitor production key performance indicators (KPI). Analyze, define, and monitor associated action plans every month. • Communication and coordination of tactics and priorities to team leaders, including the definition of priorities. • Supervise and coordinate with team leaders the planning and presence of operators to ensure that a minimum number of operators is always present and that they possess the minimum required skills to operate all equipment. • Supervise the integration, training, multi-skilling, and qualification of new operators in collaboration with team leaders. • Ensure that all production personnel comply with work instructions, safety procedures, and cleanroom behavior, and guarantee a constructive and serene social climate. • Support and develop a safe, positive, team-oriented, solution-oriented work culture committed to supporting production performance. • Contribute with team leaders to the recruitment of operators, assistant team leaders, performance evaluations and annual interviews of production personnel, disciplinary measures, conflict management, feedback, etc. • Accompany, develop, and mentor team leaders in management processes: leading meetings, management skills, and leadership. • Challenge operational problems and identify opportunities for system improvement. Propose and validate innovative solutions with all stakeholders and deploy agreed-upon solutions. • Guarantee the compliance of production documentation (creation and revision). • Support various production and safety audits: preparation and implementation of the action plan. • Lead problem-solving analyses (e.g., 8D). • Manage and coordinate production shutdowns (Fab Stop). • Lead short and medium-term improvement projects (*e.g.,* technical, operational, work methods, safety, layout, etc.) agreed upon with the Production Manager (using appropriate project management methodologies). • Welcome, analyze, propose, and validate improvement proposals coming from production teams. Lead and coordinate agreed-upon actions.
