Stiftung Domino creates suitable jobs as well as needs-based housing offers for around 200 people with assistance needs. The residential area includes 72 residential places in Hausen and Brugg. Around 80 assistance persons in 8 teams accompany the residents based on our assistance concept, which is oriented towards individual needs and self-determination.

Specialist in Care or Specialist in Healthcare, 50-80%

Your tasks

• Assistance of the residents in practical life activities
• Assistance in personal development and self-determined action
• Ensuring the necessary care and medical assistance in cooperation with the corresponding specialists
• Planning and implementation of leisure activities
• Implementation of the annual process (Assistance Concept) as a reference person
• Cooperation with legal representatives, relatives, and other specialists

Your competencies

• Completed training as FaBe or FaGe EFZ
• Experience with people with assistance needs
• Willingness for weekend shifts (no night watch)
• Structured and responsible way of working
• High social competence, ability to reflect, and resilience
