Business Analyst Production & Supply Chain (m/f) WHAT YOU WILL DO: #### • Participate in the design, configuration, and evolution of the ERP Infor M3 for the Production and Supply Chain domains • Develop expertise in industrial processes and ensure the role of functional referent to the business departments • Manage industrial data, including routings, bills of materials, and production data • Analyze production, planning, and logistics processes in order to identify malfunctions and improvement opportunities, then translate business needs into functional requirements • Facilitate business workshops, coordinate tests, train Key Users, and support change management • Ensure functional support, analyze incidents and their root causes, and contribute to the ERP roadmap as well as transformation projects WHAT YOU BRING: #### • Bachelor or Master in Business Informatics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or an equivalent field • Proven experience in an industrial production environment, with expertise in analyzing and improving Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes • Participation in industrial ERP projects (Infor M3, SAP, Dynamics, or equivalent), with a strong business orientation, an end-to-end vision, and a continuous improvement approach. Experience in the agri-food industry is an asset • Possession of Infor M3 Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Planning training.
