Consultant SAP BC / BASIS (M/F)

As a confirmed SAP BASIS Consultant, you are a key player in our RUN delivery. You ensure the stability of systems, intervene in expertise and assume a technical reference role with our clients. Beyond RUN, you also intervene in project mode, on site at our clients: migrations, S/4HANA conversions, environment deployments and large-scale technical projects. A dual exposure that combines mastery of operation and project management, with regular presence in our clients' premises according to the phases. Your responsibilities: Support and operation: ensure level 2 and 3 support on complex and critical environments (ECC, S/4HANA, GRC, BI/BW, BI4, CRM, SCM, GTS, PI, EP, MDM, BO), manage incidents, changes and problems in accordance with SLA Performance and monitoring: diagnose performance problems (trace analysis, logs, KPIs), contribute to fine-tuning monitoring, produce and follow up on action plans from EWA recommendations Maintenance and evolution: perform maintenance operations (Kernel upgrade, Support Package Stack, version upgrade), pilot S/4HANA conversions, deploy On-Premise or Cloud environments (AWS, Azure) Client projects on site: intervene in project mode at our clients' premises during migration, conversion and deployment phases, in direct contact with technical and business teams, from design to production Availability and databases: ensure high availability of SAP and SAP HANA environments, intervene on different databases (HANA, Sybase, Oracle, MS SQL, DB2) Security and integration: implement or maintain SSO solutions (SAML, Kerberos), participate in the implementation or support of SCP and SAC Expertise and transmission: maintain rigorous technical documentation, ensure transfer of skills, advise clients on best practices and assume the role of technical reference on one or more accounts 🎯 Required for the position: At least 5 years of successful experience in SAP BASIS, ideally on critical production environments Mastery of level 2 and 3 support, incident, change and problem management in an SLA context Solid skills in performance analysis (traces, logs, KPIs) Experience in maintenance operations (Kernel, SPS, version upgrade, S/4HANA conversion) Comfortable intervening in project mode on site at clients, with the mobility this implies according to the phases Professional English spoken and written, in an international context Sense of service and customer relationship, autonomy and team spirit 🟦 Appreciated assets: SAP Technology Associate certification, SAP HANA Knowledge of infrastructure, network and security Experience in ECC to HANA migration (SOH), on-premise or cloud via DMO Experience in ECC to S/4HANA conversion, on-premise or cloud via DMO Knowledge of third-party solutions (ChaRM, VIM OpenText) Openness to on-call duties and interventions outside working hours (HNO) ✅ Why join us?
