Production Planner (m/f/d) 100% | Region Zug

Introduction

For an internationally active company with a modern production site in the Region Zug, we are looking for an experienced and committed personality as a Production Planner (m/f/d).

In this key role, you will take on a central function within the Operations team and support the further establishment and successful development of a modern production site. You will work closely with production, supply chain, logistics, and other internal interfaces and ensure that production capacities are used optimally and customer requirements are reliably met.

Tasks

• Planning and prioritization of injection molding and assembly systems with the goal of optimal utilization and timely production
• Coordination with Supply Chain to ensure the required raw material and material availability
• Close cooperation with production management, injection molding, assembly, and logistics to ensure smooth processes
• Monitoring of inventory levels and production data using SAP, MES, and Power BI
• Early recognition of material and capacity bottlenecks as well as proactive escalation to the responsible departments
• Support with monthly inventories and ensuring correct stocks
• Use and further development of networked production systems such as SAP, MES, and APS
• Cooperation with IT and other specialist departments in the optimization of planning systems and production processes
• Maintenance and quality assurance of master data in cooperation with the Master Data team, especially bills of materials and production processes
• Active participation in the further development of processes and structures within the production site
• Taking on additional tasks and projects in the area of Operations and production planning

Profile

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in production planning and production monitoring, ideally in a highly automated injection molding and assembly environment
• Sound and practical experience with SAP and MES systems
• Very good knowledge of production planning, capacity control, and prioritization
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with various specialist departments
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to set priorities correctly even in high dynamics and to react early to potential bottlenecks
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable education or relevant professional experience
• Experience in a highly regulated production environment is an advantage
• Experience in various operational areas is also a plus
• German: fluent; English: fluent
