For our client, an established company in the field of building technology, we are looking for a dedicated Project Manager Ventilation / Building Technology (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement. In this responsible role, you will undertake the planning, coordination, and realization of demanding projects and accompany them from conception to successful commissioning.

Tasks ###

• Management and coordination of projects in the field of ventilation and building technology
• Planning, implementation, and optimization of technical systems for new construction and renovation projects
• Consulting and support for customers during all project phases
• Coordination of internal specialist departments as well as external project partners
• Ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, and cost specifications
• Participation in project and construction meetings
• Monitoring of execution as well as accompanying commissioning and inspections
• Creation and maintenance of project-related documentation

Requirements ###

• Completed training in the field of building technology or ventilation technology with corresponding further education
• Several years of professional experience in project management or the execution of building technology systems
• Experience in the planning and realization of technical projects

IT ###

Very good knowledge of MS Office
Experience with CAD or planning software is an advantage
Knowledge of ERP systems and BIM applications is desirable

German m+s: very good
