We are looking for a: Product Manager / Product Owner Senior– Cloud computing Global responsibilities: Contribute to Infomaniak's strategic vision by promoting its values and customer interests Integrate into teams and understand their dynamics Anticipate needs, risks and propose adapted solutions Be a driver for project realization and success Context & Product Scope You will actively participate in the development of our sovereign cloud infrastructure in the Cloud Computing universe (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), designed to offer ethical and high-performance solutions to our customers. This scope covers the management of virtualized resources, high-availability storage, containerized solutions, as well as our web hosting and on-demand infrastructure offers. Product management responsibilities: 1. Strategy & Vision: Define and carry the product vision in the short and medium term, in line with Infomaniak's global strategy and market needs. Build and maintain the product roadmap, in constant arbitration between user value, technical feasibility and business objectives. Analyze the market and competition to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation. 2. Discovery & Design (Discovery): Pilot product discovery: conduct user interviews, analyze usage data (metrics, funnel) and test hypotheses before any development. Translate customer needs and user feedback into concrete opportunities and clear functional specifications (User Stories, acceptance criteria). Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to design intuitive and human-centered experiences. 3. Execution & Delivery: Prioritize the backlog dynamically with development teams, ensuring that each delivery brings measurable value. Animate product rituals and ensure a smooth link between technical teams, marketing and support. Follow product performance after launch (KPIs, adoption, satisfaction) and iterate quickly to optimize results. 4. Go-to-Market & Ecosystem: Accompany commercial, marketing and support teams in the launch of features (training, sales arguments, documentation). Manage relationships with technological partners and suppliers related to the product to ensure integration and quality of service. Represent the product internally and sometimes externally (events, key customer feedback, public market call) to be its first ambassador. Sought profile: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner Technical knowledge in computer development or information system administration is mandatory Excellent collaboration, communication and listening skills, both with technical and non-technical profiles, internal or external Mastery of project management methodologies (predictive, hybrid, agile: PMP, Scrum, Kanban…) Strong sensitivity to user experience, interfaces and product design Organized, rigorous and methodical Ability to manage priorities, stress and deadlines Be a proposition force and solution-oriented Excellent level in French and good level in English The position: Contract: CDI Occupancy rate: 100% Location: in Geneva (Les Acacias), on site Availability: as soon as possible Why Infomaniak: Be part of a company that shapes an ethical cloud that respects privacy, human and environment.
