Polymechaniker (m/w/d)

Your Tasks ###

• Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of CNC milling machines
• Manufacture of precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications
• Control and ensuring of the required quality standards
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and CNC programs
• Support in the optimization of manufacturing processes and workflows
• Collaboration in the implementation of improvement measures in the production environment
• Coordination and cooperation with adjacent production areas
• Compliance with quality, safety, and production specifications

Your Profile ###

• Completed training as Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ or comparable technical training
• Several years of experience in CNC machining, ideally in the area of milling
• Good knowledge in reading technical drawings and manufacturing documents
• Experience with CNC controls is an advantage
• Structured, independent, and precise way of working
• High quality awareness as well as technical understanding
• Team player and reliable personality
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to work shifts
