With more than 5'200 colla Litigation Manager (80 - 100%) With more than 5'200 female and male employees distributed across 50 Centres Médico-Sociaux (CMS), AVASAD is a key player in home care in the canton of Vaud. We provide an essential service to the population by accompanying people losing autonomy and by promoting innovative prevention and health promotion programs. In order to contribute to the development of our organization, while ensuring its missions and responding to the needs of tomorrow, the General Management wishes to complete the existing team and is looking for a future: Litigation Manager (80 - 100%) Mission: Guarantee harmonized and efficient litigation management by defining the case processing strategy, guaranteeing a coherent positioning of the system towards insurers, and drafting procedures and template letters for the attention of the A/F; Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of care files in collaboration with the SDPP, and ensure legal monitoring allowing for the updating of positionings and continuing education content; Establish and maintain contacts with other public systems in Switzerland in order to update positionings towards insurers; Contribute to the development of the provisioning policy by guaranteeing the adequate level of AVASAD and A/F provisions, and by collaborating on the drafting of directives with stakeholders including accounting; Ensure the application of institutional rules on refusals of coverage and the control of open items; Perform retrospective and prospective monitoring of cases, notably the variability between A/F and insurance companies, recovery performance, risk situations, and OFS statistics.
