For our residential group at the Centre pour personnes âgées Adlergarten, which offers a well-cared-for home to approximately 160 residents, we are looking for a competent and cheerful person immediately or by agreement. Become a member of our team and contribute to making the lives of our residents at the Adlergarten centre positive!

Your tasks

• Individualized care and support, oriented towards needs and resources within the reference person system
• Responsible for a contemporary care process
• Analysis of complex care and support situations, implementation of measures and their evaluation
• Participation in the development of care quality and the residential group
• Work in morning, afternoon and night shifts

Your profile

• Training at the level of registered nurse HF or FH required!
• High social competence, team spirit, flexibility and resistance to stress
• Targeted, autonomous and service-oriented way of working
• Very good oral and written knowledge of German, understanding of Swiss German
• Good IT skills and, if possible, experience in electronic documentation of residents (as well as preferably RAI knowledge)
