The Brüttelenbad Foundation offers supervised living and working spaces for around 60 people with cognitive and multiple disabilities. 100 specialists take care of their well-being with the goal of enabling them to experience joy and security in the community. Do you enjoy working with people and want to contribute to the quality of life of Brüttelenbad's clients? To strengthen our team in the Violett residential group, we are looking for a social educator or care specialist 60% as of 01.09.2026 or by agreement. Your tasks will include: • Caring for clients in the residential group's daily life with educational, nursing, and administrative tasks • Maintaining and promoting independence • Willingness to work actively in a team • Planning and accompanying leisure activities • Work as a contact person • Housekeeping tasks You should bring: • Completed training as a social educator (HF) or care specialist EFZ • Ability to remain calm in hectic situations • High social competence and well-developed communication and organizational skills • Flexible, resilient, and humorous personality with pleasure in independent work • Enjoyment of active thinking in the team • Willingness to work irregular hours (no on-call duty, night watch in the house) • Category B driver's license desired We offer you: • Varied and meaningful work in a committed team and thorough training • Attractive employment conditions in accordance with cantonal guidelines, 5 weeks of vacation • No split shifts • Free parking and public transportation connection • Internal and external further education and training • Company social counseling Proitera supports employees with free professional counseling and accompaniment in all areas of life In the new residential house in the Violett residential group, 8 clients between the ages of 25 and 64 live.
