Construction in existing buildings - Project Manager with execution experience (60-80%)

What defines us   We are an architecture firm with four employees based in Zürich. Our heart beats for careful interventions in existing buildings. Whether it is the extension of a single-family house, the renovation of a rental property, or the restoration of a historical monument - we always view existing buildings as a valuable resource.   We are convinced that good architecture arises from cooperative cooperation. We work openly and appreciatively in small teams with short decision-making paths, a high degree of personal responsibility, and room for personal development.   What awaits you   • You plan interventions in existing buildings - from the feasibility study to execution. • You manage your projects largely independently and are the primary contact person for our clients at the latest from the tender phase onwards. • You coordinate independently with authorities, specialist planners, and executing companies and develop viable solutions from them.   What you bring   • You have training as an Architect (FH or equivalent). • You are interested in construction in existing buildings and like the way we think and design. • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the planning and realization of construction projects and can independently develop construction details. • You are proficient in Archicad, can model your buildings in 3D, and can create execution plans from the model. • You have good knowledge of the German language in spoken and written form (C1), the office language is German.   What we offer   • A team of experienced employees who support you in your development. • Part-time models with flexibility - to reconcile work and family. • Five weeks of vacation and an annual working time without expected overtime. • A BVG model without disadvantage for part-time workloads.   Your place of work is in the Stadtsiedlung Binz, on the ground floor with a beautiful terrace in front of the door.
