Full processing of customer inquiries and orders via shops, e-mail, B2B, etc.

Ensure customer follow-up and advice

Respond to price inquiries, prepare standard offers and process orders

Support sales consultants, account managers and key account managers

Write general business correspondence and shipping documents

Process visit reports as well as manage customer data and master data

Send samples and documentation

Your qualifications

Commercial training or equivalent continuing education

Several years of professional experience in internal sales, customer service, order processing

Very good IT skills: MS Office, MS Dynamics 365 BC

Very good German skills orally and in writing as well as good French skills orally and in writing
