Account Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and retain a portfolio of regional and national clients
• Identify new business opportunities and develop cross-selling
• Maintain relationships of trust with decision-makers and key interlocutors
• Analyze customer needs in order to propose personalized solutions
• Build commercial offers in collaboration with technical teams
• Ensure project follow-up and guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction
• Negotiate and conclude high value-added contracts while driving your activity via performance indicators

Profile

• Proven experience of a minimum of 5 years as an Account Manager
• Knowledge of the printing, IT, or office solutions sector, a major asset
• Excellent mastery of complex sales cycles and negotiation
• Strong commercial temperament, oriented towards results and development
• Residing in the canton of Vaud with a potential professional network
