Product Operations Manager (m/f/d) 80-100%

For our client, we are looking for a Product Operations Manager (m/f/d). In this versatile key role, you will take responsibility for the operational and strategic management of Product Operations Management in international river cruise operations. You will ensure optimal resource planning, coordinate logistical processes on Europe's waterways, and guarantee smooth operations. In close cooperation with internal and external partners, you will optimize processes, coordinate route adjustments, and ensure the highest standards in terms of product quality and customer satisfaction. With your structured and solution-oriented way of working, you will make a significant contribution to a first-class guest experience and to the sustainable further development of the operational business. Your area of responsibility: • Operational support and coordination of river cruises on Europe's waterways • Planning and management of docking locations, route adjustments, as well as operational processes • Hub function between ships, captains, agency partners, and internal specialist departments • Monitoring of water levels, driving conditions, and short-term changes as well as initiation of suitable measures • Collaboration in the nautical-operational day-to-day business as well as taking on on-call duties Your profile: • Completed commercial, touristic, or technical basic training • Further training in the areas of tourism, logistics, transport, or business administration is an advantage • At least two years of professional experience in the river cruise industry • Mandatory experience in the area of River Operations • German at native speaker level as well as very good English skills in spoken and written form • High affinity for technology and confident handling of digital applications • Interest in artificial intelligence as well as willingness to use it in everyday work • Structured, resilient, and solution-oriented way of working • Team-oriented personality with pronounced communication skills The offer: • Exciting activity in an international environment • Flat hierarchies and fast decision-making processes • Long-term perspectives in a strongly growing company • Attractive social benefits and development opportunities Would you like to bring your experience to an exciting international environment and actively contribute to the success of our client?
