Project Manager for optical sensor technology and image processing In our business center in Liebefeld-Bern, we develop innovative high-tech products. An important focus is on measurement technology, optical sensor technology, and algorithmics. In doing so, we deal with technologically demanding and interdisciplinary systems for medical and industrial applications. We support our national and international customers with innovation projects and accompany development projects from the first idea through design and conception to industrialization. To strengthen our development team, we are looking for a dynamic personality with experience in leading development projects and in the system engineering of products with optical sensor technology and image processing. Area of activity As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you dive into the world of technology and product development for various high-tech industries. You use your sound technical expertise in the field of signal processing for optical systems as well as your broad understanding in engineering to grasp new tasks, develop creative solution approaches, and plan and drive product developments. You communicate confidently with specialists from other areas to bring about decisions at the system level. You take on technical leadership and system engineering in a team of engineers from various specialist areas. In doing so, you adapt approaches and communication to the respective competencies. You represent work results to the client and other stakeholders. You question your own approach and that of your project employees to achieve the highest effectiveness and efficiency. You feel comfortable in discussions with various stakeholders in an international partner network.
