Head Quality & HSE (all)

• Promotion and anchoring of a safety-first culture as well as support for continuous improvement in the areas of health, safety, and environment
• Analysis, further development, and implementation of improvements in the existing quality management
• Documentation and monitoring of quality process workflows
• Identification, control, and planning of systematic quality cases
• Leading a quality task force for extensive quality cases
• Coordination of certifications, execution of audits, and introduction of new certifications
• Support of internal departments in complying with quality guidelines and processing cross-departmental quality cases
• Creation of analyses, reports, reportings, and presentations
• Technical basic training (e.g., polymechanic or similar)
• Experience in quality management, HSE, and in certifications, ideally in industry or production
• Further training in quality management (QM auditor, certifications such as IATF / ISO 9001/14001 an advantage)
• Empathic, strong-communication personality with high quality and customer orientation
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and team-oriented way of working
• Functional and disciplinary leadership of 2 team members
• Very good German and English skills
