Nursing and Care Manager 100%

Your tasks

• Responsible for the quality and implementation of the service mandate and the care process
• Continuous development of the Nursing & Care sector for our 33 residents
• Quality and productivity control (bed occupancy rate, recording of services in CareCoach)
• Respect for budgets and achievement of sector objectives
• Organization and coordination of different interest groups (families, treating physicians, other organizations and institutions as well as insurance companies)
• Management of nursing staff
• Recruitment and development processes for employees
• Close collaboration with the site management and general management

Your profile

• Completed training as a registered nurse FH/HF/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Professional and management experience in long-term care for people with dementia is an asset
• At least 1-2 years of management experience as a Nursing & Care Manager or at least 3-4 years of professional experience as a team leader
• Dynamic leader personality
• Confident communication in German, both oral and written
• Warm and humorous attitude
• Great empathy and particular aptitude for teamwork
