On behalf of municipalities, schools and social services, we accompany families with a migration or refugee background - close to everyday life, resource-oriented and with a clear focus on child welfare. We work where life takes place: in everyday life, in transitions and in crisis situations. We strengthen families, promote integration and develop sustainable perspectives together. www.migrantenfachstelle.ch -------------------- Your sphere of influence ### As a social pedagogical family companion, you work directly with families in their everyday lives. You work in an outreach capacity, think solution-oriented and act with cultural sensitivity. You strengthen parents in their parenting competence, recognize risks, activate resources and accompany change processes with professional clarity and human attitude. Your tasks • Outreach family accompaniment on behalf of municipalities and specialist centers • Strengthening parental competencies in education, everyday life and integration • Culturally sensitive goal-oriented work involving bridge builders • Professional assessment in the context of child welfare and child protection • Cooperation with schools, authorities and social institutions • Progress documentation, goal monitoring and professional reflection   What you bring with you • Experience in outreach family work, ideally in an intercultural context • Degree in Social Pedagogy / Social Work FH / HF or CAS Social Pedagogical Family Accompaniment • Systemic-solution-oriented attitude and independent way of working • Strong intercultural competence and communicative security • Ability to professionally assess protection and risk situations • Good PC skills (Word, Outlook, case documentation) • Foreign languages desirable • Own vehicle desirable -------------------- What we offer you ### • Flexible working hours and independent work • Outreach activity with families, reporting in the home office • A committed, intercultural team • Regular team meetings, supervision and intervision • Support for further education and professional specialization • A meaningful activity with a direct impact on the everyday lives of families • Ready for the next step?
