🌟 We are founding a new Spitex – and are looking for you to help build it together!

We are currently in the founding and development phase of a new Spitex organization in the Zurich region.

For the development of our future Spitex operation, we are looking for a committed, responsible and professionally qualified registered nurse HF/FH who will accompany our project from the beginning.

In this regard, we offer two different possibilities:

1. Professional Management / professional responsibility position

Are you a registered nurse and do you possess the required qualifications and professional experience to take on a professionally responsible function?

Do you not simply want to work in an existing company, but are interested in helping to build and shape a new Spitex from the ground up?

Then this position could be exactly the right one for you.

You will take on an important role in the development and establishment of the future Spitex and can actively contribute your experience and your ideas.

The specific function and responsibility will be agreed upon according to your qualification, professional experience and the applicable cantonal requirements.

1. Dipl. Pflegefachperson without management function

Do you not want to take on a management or leadership function, but rather concentrate on your nursing activities?

In that case, we look forward to receiving your application.

We are looking for registered nurses HF/FH who, after the successful establishment and start of our Spitex, wish to provide professional and humane care to our future clients.

Your future tasks

Depending on the function and qualification, your tasks may include:

• Professional and individual care and support of our future clients at home
• Implementation of nursing and treatment nursing measures
• Independent planning and execution of nursing assignments
• Creation and implementation of nursing plans
• Professional nursing documentation
• Cooperation with doctors, relatives and other specialists
• Promotion of the independence and quality of life of our clients
• Participation in the development of nursing and quality standards
• Support in the development of the organizational and professional structures
• Depending on the function, taking on professional responsibility and participating in the preparation of the operational business

What you bring with you

• Diploma as a registered nurse HF/FH or an equivalently recognized qualification
• Professional experience in nursing, ideally in the Spitex or outpatient sector
• For the professional management or professional responsibility function: the required qualifications and professional experience according to the applicable cantonal specifications
• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
• Joy in working with people
• Empathy and an appreciative attitude
• Good German language skills, written and spoken
• Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage
