Tasks

• Planning, organization, and implementation of activation offers (individual and group activities)
• Promotion of resources, independence, and quality of life
• Individual accompaniment of the residents in everyday life ?
• Close cooperation with nursing, care, and other specialist departments
• Documentation of activities as well as evaluation of goal achievement
• Co-design of events, festivities, and seasonal activities ??

Profile

• Completed training as an Activation Specialist HF or comparable qualification
• Joy in dealing with people and a high degree of empathy ?
• Creative, open, and reliable personality
• Independent and structured way of working
• Very good German language skills
