Job Description * You take care of the professional commissioning and repair work of heat pumps and Comfort-Clima. * You undertake the careful maintenance of these devices according to the high Buderus quality standards. * You analyze and rectify faults -- expertly, quickly, and independently. * You advise customers on the ideal settings of the devices according to personal customer needs. * You inform plant owners about the comprehensive advantages of the Buderus maintenance contracts. * You perform on-call duty (Pikett) in consultation with the team.
