Psychogeriatric Activity Coordinator (M/F) Job description Participate in the organization, implementation and animation of activities adapted to residents (games, creative workshops, cognitive activities, outings, individual and collective animations) Promote social ties, cognitive stimulation and the well-being of residents on a daily basis Accompany residents while respecting their abilities, their rhythm and their desires Encourage participation, expression and the maintenance of residents' autonomy through the proposed activities Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team in order to ensure coherent and personalized support Contribute to maintaining a friendly, benevolent and dynamic atmosphere within the establishment Profile sought Training as a sociocultural animator, ASE, medico-psychological assistant or training deemed equivalent is indispensable Experience in EMS, in geriatrics and/or in psychogeriatrics desired Strong interest in the support and well-being of elderly people Dynamism, creativity and excellent interpersonal skills Listening skills, empathy and ability to adapt Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and independently Driver's license and vehicle, an asset We offer you de 4500SFr. to 5800SFr. per MONTH + Parking . jpide9fa056jm jpit0730jm jpiy26jm
