Assembly Manager Mechanics (m/f/d)

for demanding customer projects on site

#yourmission

• You are responsible for the mechanical installation of our automated conveyor systems, complex picking systems, and special machines
• You lead the mechanic team on site as an assembly manager/supervisor
• You carry out conversion work on systems for our long-term customers
• You coordinate closely with the project manager, the team leader, and the control technician and install our state-of-the-art systems in an intercultural team
• Control for CE - guidelines
• Parallel to your employment, you will undergo a long-term, professional training program and will be prepared for leadership tasks on our construction sites

• You have completed technical vocational training or a comparable qualification
• You have a great interest in electrical engineering, mechatronics, conveyor technology, control or automation technology
• You have professional experience of > 3 years in a comparable role
• You are characterized by openness, entrepreneurial thinking, and enjoyment of varied and challenging tasks
• You have experience in leading larger teams on construction sites
• You are a team player, convince with implementation strength, and always act in a customer-oriented manner
• High willingness to travel - primary place of work is the whole of Switzerland
• Good German and English skills, French is an advantage
• You possess a valid passenger car license
