Technical Sales Administrator Internal Sales (m/f/d) # Your tasks • Creating offers and processing orders incl. order entry in SAP • Technical telephone consultation for our customers • Communicating and ensuring delivery dates • Processing customer complaints as well as creating returns and credit notes • Maintaining data in the customer information system (CRM) • Supporting the field service Your profile • Basic training as an Electrical Installer EFZ, Automation Technician EFZ or similar • Experience or further training in the commercial field would be an advantage • Independent and precise way of working, service-oriented team player • Very good user knowledge of the entire Office suite • Further advantages are SAP and CRM knowledge • Confident German in speaking and writing, any further language is a plus Our offer We maintain flat hierarchies, diversity, an open "Du" culture and welcome new ideas in the team.
