Healthcare Assistant - Plegehelfer - 80-100% Your tasks Ensure the hygiene, comfort, and accompaniment of patients in their daily activities. Observe the state of health of patients, transmit useful information, and contribute to their safety. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in respect of care protocols and hygiene rules. Your profile Certificate of Healthcare Assistant CRS or recognized title in Switzerland. Experience in an EMS, clinic, hospital, or home care is an asset. OrTra or Red Cross training for medication distribution, an asset. Good knowledge of German required; knowledge of French is an advantage. Sense of listening, autonomy, team spirit, and discretion. Main place of work: Leukerbad Entry into function: to be agreed - Ihre Aufgaben • Sicherstellung der Hygiene und des Wohlbefindens der Patienten sowie deren Unterstützung bei den Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens. • Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustands der Patienten, Weitergabe relevanter Informationen und ein aktiver Beitrag zu deren Sicherheit. • Zusammenarbeit mit dem interdisziplinären Team unter Einhaltung der Pflegeprotokolle und Hygienevorschriften. Ihr Profil • Abschluss als Pflegehelfer/-in SRK oder ein in der Schweiz anerkannter Abschluss. • Erfahrung in einem Pflegeheim, einer Klinik, einem Krankenhaus oder in der häuslichen Pflege ist von Vorteil. • Eine Zertifizierung für die Medikamentenausgabe (via OrTra- oder Rotkreuz-Ausbildung) ist von Vorteil. • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. • Empathie, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit, Teamgeist und Diskretion.
