Your mission We are looking for a watchmaking operator for one of our clients. Mandatory requirement: The person must imperatively have experience in the field or training in watchmaking. - Assembly and mounting of watchmaking components according to quality standards - Inspection of components and quality control during production - Deburring and finishing of parts to ensure conformity - Production of components on semi-automatic and automatic machines - Use of tools and measuring instruments to verify tolerances - Detection and reporting of defects or non-conformities - Compliance with procedures and technical requirements - Participation in production process improvements - Collaboration with other team members to guarantee productivity Your profile \- Confirmed experience in watchmaking or training in watchmaking (mandatory) - Good dexterity and precision in manual work - Ability to respect rigorous processes - Team spirit, seriousness and motivation - Ability to work autonomously while following precise instructions - Very good knowledge of French - Reside in Bienne or the surrounding areas
