The Municipality of Ecublens is looking for a pedagogical manager in after-school care. Activity rate of 85%, annualized schedule over 44 weeks.

The APEMS of Ecublens play a central role in the communal family policy, welcoming a significant number of children every day within the intercommunal AJESOL network. The Service des activités scolaires et parascolaires is looking for a pedagogical manager to join a committed team and contribute to providing quality care within an 80-place childcare structure.

Your profile:

• ES or HES diploma according to LAJE requirements, obtained at least 5 years ago.
• At least 2 years of professional experience with children.
• CAS in team leadership, federal diploma in management or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in team leadership; solid organizational and project management skills.
• Spirit of anticipation and initiative; autonomy and sense of responsibility.
• Knowledge of accounting and budget management.
• Interpersonal ease and ability to work in a network (communal services, school, families, AJESOL).
• Mastery of Microsoft Office IT tools; Kibe and Kikan software, an asset.

• Place the well-being and development of children at the heart of the mission by cultivating a relationship of proximity and trust with families.
• Bring to life and evolve the pedagogical project of the structure within a collective dynamic and by ensuring its inclusion within the current regulatory framework.
• Lead the educational team with clarity and commitment, by creating favorable conditions for reflective practice, the development of skills, and the involvement of each and every one.
• Ensure the administrative and financial management of the structure, in connection with the Direction of the service, the administrative staff, and the AJESOL care network.
