• You lead the team in terms of personnel and planning, you recruit and develop employees, conduct discussions, plan shifts, and ensure a stable, well-organized ward
• In the Shared Governance Team for expertise, education, and leadership, you actively shape the quality of nursing
• You bear responsibility for professional and humane nursing of neurosurgical patients
• Close cooperation in the interdisciplinary team

What you bring with you ##

• You have completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH and professional experience in the acute care sector
• You have leadership training at CAS level or are willing to complete it
• You convince professionally and personally, lead with clarity and empathy, and meet patients and employees at eye level
• Teamwork and interdisciplinary cooperation are a matter of course for you
• You think entrepreneurially and in networks, keeping an eye on resources and processes
• You organize confidently, remain calm even in hectic moments, and enjoy initiating new things
