Job description The position You will join the team of a new restaurant featuring a concept mixing buffet and à la carte, with a capacity of 150 covers. You will play a key role in maintaining high quality and hygiene standards, while contributing to culinary innovation. Expected missions of the position: • Participate in the preparation and mise en place of dishes according to high quality standards. • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure optimal coordination during service. • Keep your station clean and organized to maintain strict hygiene standards. • Propose innovative ideas for menu renewal. • Ensure efficient management of stocks and orders for your area of responsibility. \------- Profile sought: We are looking for a candidate who has already acquired significant experience in the kitchen, ideally as a Chef de Partie or in a similar position, in a high-capacity catering environment.
