Job Description ##

Your role

As sector manager, you are responsible for the smooth running of your workshop and the achievement of operational objectives. As a true technical expert, you support the teams on a daily basis while ensuring the continuous improvement of performance.

Your main responsibilities:

Supervise, unite, and develop the skills of the production teams. Ensure the monitoring and optimization of activities in the stamping sector. Guarantee compliance with quality, deadline, and productivity objectives. Provide technical support to the teams and participate in the resolution of complex problems. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, methods, and work organizations. Collaborate closely with the various departments to ensure high-performance and fluid production. Participate in industrialization projects and technical developments in your sector.

Your profile

Technical training in the mechanical, industrial, or equivalent field. Confirmed experience in the stamping sector. Successful experience in leading and supervising production teams. Excellent understanding of the constraints related to the manufacture of high-precision components. Natural leadership and the ability to create a climate of trust while maintaining a high level of excellence. Pragmatic personality, oriented towards solutions and results. Strong taste for field work and demanding technical environments.
