Abalone Switzerland, active in personnel placement and recruitment in Romandie, is currently looking for one of its clients for an order picker with CFC Locksmith order picker, Locksmith CHC Order Picker Locksmith CFC # Responsibilities ## Purchasing and order preparation ### • Place orders with our suppliers. • Receive descriptions and material needs transmitted by the Installation and Maintenance services. • Gather and prepare the material necessary for interventions within the specified deadlines. • Anticipate needs in order to guarantee the availability of material for technicians. Locksmithing and mechanical work ### • Prepare supports and locksmithing elements. • Cut metallic elements according to needs. • Assemble parts by welding. • Perform finishing and painting work. • Be able to perform turning and milling operations on metallic parts from plans. Reception and stock management ### • Receive goods delivered by suppliers. • Check the conformity of orders, the quality of products as well as their dimensions. • Store and organize goods in the locations provided for this purpose. • Manage stock levels in order to respect delivery and intervention deadlines. • Coordinate requests from project managers and the Maintenance service according to stock availability. • Prepare the material necessary for installations and interventions the day before, in order to optimize the technicians' working time. Equipment and infrastructure management ### • Manage the allocation of tools and work clothes. • Ensure the management of the petrol pump. • Look after the current needs of the Épalinges building: heating oil, maintenance, skips, etc. • Ensure the monitoring and availability of equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the teams. Profile sought ## • Assertive personality, capable of imposing oneself with tact and ensuring respect for the organization put in place. • Excellent ability to work autonomously. • Comfortable in coordination with different company services. • Practical sense and taste for versatile work. Training and experience ## • CFC in locksmithing, a priority asset. • Complementary experience in warehousing/logistics. • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar field. • Experience in locksmithing, mechanics and/or stock management constitutes an important advantage. Knowledge and skills ## • Good mastery of IT tools. • Experience with an ERP, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision. • Reading and understanding technical plans. • Practical knowledge in locksmithing, welding, turning and milling.
